Well, we turned today's WOD into two new keepers: "Satan's 6-6-6" (as described in WOD) and the "Devil's Dozen" (all reps are 12 instead of 6). Congratulations to Ethan, Mike, Scott D., JT, and Bret who successfully blew up the inaugural run of the "Devil's Dozen". The two teams who nailed "Satan's Six" deserve huge props - for sticking it out, even when those damn bags got, well, hellish. Huge group today - thanks for your patience with staggered starts. Take a day off, rehydrate and rest, and come back on Saturday for another awesome WOD!

Day two for my triple-players! Saw some tough moments for y'all trying to get that butt in the bucket during wall balls...but impressive power and determination from everyone! Great to see some new faces getting red and sweaty:) No photos tonight (forgot to charge the battery) - but will be ready to rock tomorrow! Relax and rehydrate...because we do it all over again tomorrow!

What a night. Small turnout for our first Tuesday boot camp...but what a performance. JT and Ethan rocked out this killer WOD at Rx strength (not sure if they are talking to me). Hoch and Angela stayed strong and steady throughout. Steve might have blown it out in his first round of push ups...but managed to pull off some great time with his partner Dave. Court and Joe were huge troopers and smoked their first ever partner WOD. Impressive. Really. This week's challenge: 3 Days ON...1 Day Rest. So who's up for TOMORROW???
